About Rubber Wear Solutions

Rubber Wear Solutions (RWS) was established in August 2022 by Paul Huston.  Paul was instrumental with the setup and growth of Wearx prior to its sale to Metso in November 2017.  Paul has over 15 year’s experience in the industry, notably setting up and managing the Rubber lining contract at BHP Olympic Dam site.  Also training and implementing quality lining processes at Newcrest’s Lihir (PNG) site, responsible for improving processing plant availability from 76% to 98% over a 9 month Period.

Wear and protective lining is a specialised trade that requires a substantial amount of experience. Our experience and attention to detail allows us to complete our customers’ needs on time while delivering the highest quality lining solutions available.

The business has the infrastructure to deliver with a purpose setup workshop including equipment for preparation, lifting and cutting in place.

Our rubber & ceramic lining workshop is purpose built to meet the strictest QA requirements within the rubber lining industry. We work to both British & European standards of lining.
